today was the first day of school. shoot me please. although it was nice to see all the people i'd missed over the summer and catch up on everything, it was very tedious to sit hour after hour listening to lectures on passports and notebooks. they redid so much of the school, and yet there's so much more they'd have to do to keep it from being a hellhole. most of it is still depressing. especially those doors and windows that remind you of guarded prison cells. i actually like a lot of my classes this year because the teachers are cool and the work seems manageable. but it's still gonna be a pain in the ass. between work, school, homework, and the clubs i wanna join, there's not going to be time for much else.
even though it's back to school time, there are some things i'm looking forward to this month. corpse bride comes out the 23rd =) and hypnotize comes out in september sometime.
