Things I have learned from the pastoral, metaphysical, and cavalier poets:

2. Life is an earthquake.
3. We are all but a part of the great man-continent of God.
4. Trials and tribulations are token points for heaven goodies.
5. Life is like a secret ninja attack: full of surprises and people stabbing you. (It's funny because it's true.)
.....5.a. Life is like Highlander: full of inconsistencies and people trying to cut your head off.
6. Eat life before life eats you.
7. Love is a vegetable: eat it before it eats you.
8. Satan is an angsty teenager.
