i was in nyc the other day and i got to see some amazing folk.
i saw shaun...we went to a going away party for the girl who is leaving to play glinda in wicked la. it was fun...i got to meet her and all of her friends from ccm...the ccm kids are a tad snotty. just saying. i tried really hard to have conversations with people, and they certainly weren't having it. BUT i met this girl jenna who is in spring awakening and she and i hit it off amazingly. im hoping have coffee with her on tuesday when im in staten island!!!! after of course...i see ERICA FOR HER BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!
i saw brittany for lunch...which was amazing. she looks incredible and seems really happy. she is one of those people who i feel like we just connect and i can just sit and relax in her presence. there are only a couple people like that in my life...she is one.
jenna and natalie are two others like that. we met up for coffee and it was perfect. cappuccino's with two people are just dazzling to be around. i didnt even talk really...i just enjoyed their company. i felt so full by the end of the night...it was as if i was this huge puzzle with a couple missing pieces, and by the end of the night most of those pieces were filled in.
probably the best feeling ever.
BUT i will be back on tuesday in staten island with my tour...and i will be seeing a miss erica...and it is her birthday!!!!!!!!!!! she can fill it that missing piece in my puzzle too.
and this tour is over thursday. thank god. i have nothing against the people or the company...im just not cut out for the schedule. like...i have been in four states within the past 3 days...too much. my body and allergies hate it...and im constantly restless. the job is a blessing...but the details of it have been murdering me slowly.
im happy. i have a lot to do today.
