[There's a Grim Reaper flying towards that icecar with his Hell's Fang, just to vent a tiny bit before the fight really gets going. Though, technically, doesn't that just start the fight?]

[ Technically, yes, but nevermind all that. Jin's just excited because of where they ARE! This is it, this is what he's been WAITING for! ]

[He jumps away from Jin, holding his sword out instead of letting it rest in its holster like he usually does.]

[ He mimics the jump, a certain light in his eyes. His smile is wider than usual, and his tone is light-hearted. ]

You keep bitching about not getting what you wanted, and now that you've got it, you keep stalling? I don't care about how excited you are!

I can't help it. Seeing you here, it's like a dream. [ Jin steps closer, as if he's making some sort of point. ] I've waited for you for so long, and now we're finally HERE!

... [ Closing his eyes for a moment. ] You know, Ragna, I was sooooo close to not coming. She was close, and I could feel her. The whole time I was there I couldn't stop picturing it - the look on your face if I brought her corpse.

It would make this so much more fun.

[Ragna growls. That's all he does. If this was an attempt to provoke him, it's sure as hell working. He's barely keeping himself from just charging in at Jin.]

She's scum. [ For a moment, he's serious. And seriously pissed, but he returns to normal soon after. ]

There's no need to worry, brother. Once I'm finished with you, she's next: she has to learn the price of coming too close.

Jin rushes forward, stopping short to toss a few ice crystals Ragna's way. ]

[Ragna jumps into the air over that, coming down to counter the first attack with a pretty heavy slash from above backed by a large amount of his Soul Eater.]

[ Jumping backwards to get away. This is nice, isn't it? Just the two of them, no impediments.

Kneeling down to make a beautiful ice pillar. Don't you wanna be touched by it, bro? Being touched by something this fine is a rarity. ]

[He knows those motions, but it's hard to determine where the pillar would come from. So hard, that Ragna wasn't able to do it in time, and was hit by it pretty hard.]

[Unfortunately, this impediment did in fact hear the fight over the journals. Noel's gone out to the fountain as well to see if she could do anything to stop the fight before it started, but she was obviously too late; seeing as how she just witnessed Ragna get struck with ice.
