Marketing & Client Services Coordinator -
Location: Atlanta

Experience Level: 3-5 years

The Ideal candidate:

• Has obtained a BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university as well as three years experience in a marketing or business development field preferred; or any equivalent combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
• Must be able to communicate ideas or positions in a clear, efficient and organized manner
• Must be able to build formal and informal networks both within the organization and outside of the organization in order to share information, ideas and problems
• Must be able to effectively multi-task and prioritize projects while meeting all appropriate deadlines
• Must be able to carry-out projects from start to finish with minimal supervision and be able to take appropriate actions to ensure obligations are met

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide support for client pitches and presentations, requests for proposals, targeted research, seminars and client events, promotional items, sponsorships and other similar projects
• Support attorneys on development and implementation of practice area, industry, office and market-driven business development initiatives
• Provide support to department members and attorneys using various marketing research, intelligence and technology tools, including CRM software, pitch compilation program, experience databases, company profiling tools and other similar programs
• Coordinate with other department members and other administrative departments, as appropriate, on projects to improve business development support of attorneys

Human Resources Generalist - ATL HR
Location: Atlanta

Experience Level: 5+ years

Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, this exempt position will be responsible for providing a full range of Human Resources leadership and support in the areas of recruiting, on-boarding and off-boarding, training and development and performance management including writing job descriptions and performance evaluations.

The ideal candidate has:

• BA or BS from an accredited college or university and five years experience in Human Resources; professional environment preferred, or any equivalent combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
• Thorough understanding of principles and practices of Human Resources
• Proven experience recruiting and sourcing, including use of online recruiting tools
• Demonstrated skills writing clear and concise job descriptions
• Experience developing and conducting new employee orientation
• Clear written and oral communicate skills
• Ability to represent the department in a professional and positive manner
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws
• Excellent technology skills with the ability to manage applicant tracking and on-boarding software, and HRIS system

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

• Manage the recruiting, on-boarding and off-boarding processes
• Work with hiring managers and department leaders to evaluate staffing needs, write job descriptions and recruit to meet these requirements
• Direct and oversee various HR projects as needed including implementation of applicant tracking, Ceridian and Enwisen on-boarding program
