One Last Teaser, and a PSA
Alright guys, so we're off to Dragon*Con. I have added the folks on Twitter to keep tabs on where some of you will be, I have a fully packed schedule (double booked in some places), and it has all the makings of a remarkable weekend. But for me, everything will be chump change compared to Friday's panel.
As many of you know, I'll be on a Steampunk Superheroes panel tomorrow at 4pm. And I will have the honor and priviledge to be seated next to Mike Mignola. Mike is best known as the creator of Hellboy, but in my world view, not only is he a personal hero for that - but also his landmark work "Gotham By Gaslight" helped launch DC's entire Elseworlds line, and it was one of the key comics that brought me back to my childhood love after too many years away. I can probably rattle off almost everything he's done, and there's not a single one I wouldn't recommend (incidentally, he was also the Art Designer for the Pan's Labrynth film. So yeah, brilliant guy). To be able to sit next to this man and just talk comics.... I have no words for it. I just hope I don't make a complete ass of myself in the process.
Alright then. One last teaser before I go. I wraped up the last label I had time to make. I'll be affixing it to the Gun prop for Marvel's last bit of detail work. SHAZAM bitches, I'm outta here.
