Almost Home
Only 30 hours until I get home (well, 37 minus 7 from time zone differences). That means no sleep for me before getting on the plane in 14 hours and then little sleep on the plane. Then that stupid 9.5 hour stopover in Brussels (puke) AND THEN a 7 hour flight home. Yay!
I'm excited to almost be back. Even if it IS going to be warmer in Toronto than it is here, I will be with my friends and my Memmie.
IN THE NEWS: no rockets falling for the past couple of days. The ceasefire started the day of Keren's wedding (she looked like a cake, btw. A Persian cake) and luckily has yet to stop. That gave me a chance to see the northern border (the one between Israel and Lebanon) which is really pretty, barring the artillery zones. I've never seen short-range artillery before, so that was kind of cool. They look like tanks with funky cannons.
Uh...I'm a bit hyper right now, so I'm going to go relax. Warlock message boards here I come! :P I would say I'm joking, but I'm not.
I miss Mem, Kam, Meika, Damian, Aeger, Khar, etc., etc.
