Hello young ones.
So I finally got my phone, internet and television. yay for me. The first thing I watched on tv. Was a disc of Reno 911 season 4. Apparently I haven't missed tv all that much. Oh and going online I discovered I missed the second half of the Lost finale. SUCKS! But this year I won't have to tape it. I think we are going to discuss buying a DVR but that's not tomorrow.
The house is a huge mess and I am updating on livejournal. I guess it doens't bother me as much as I thought. Yes we are going to have a house warming. I think it's going to be the long weekend in august.
We get our bed today so that will mean we are totally moved in with nothing but incidentals to pick up apparently during the course of buying the entire Marvel civil war graphic novel series I seem to have missed buying towels.
The cat is all moved in and has not woken up at 4:00 am to be fed yet. I'm not worried I am optimistic that because she was so nervous about the move that she forgot her routine. I got cat pee on my fingers when I moved her litter. that's totally gross and I vomited in my mouth a little bit.
I have begun to clean up the yard. so it looks a little better. Finally mowed the lawn so it looks less like hillbillys live here. I cleaned up behind the garage but I haven't touched the carpet back there because it looks like it could be a dead body.
The downside of having a kick ass garage is it is quickly becoming a large closet and the bad news is my father has started moving his crap into it. So if any body needs any tools or rusty hinges or hammer heads I am sure that I will have boxes upon boxes upon boxes upon boxes upon boxes upon boxes upon boxes upon boxes upon boxes upon boxes upon boxes of that CRAP for DECADES! to come.
Today is Dayna's birthday and I have no gift for her. The one I ordered hasn't arrived yet. Sometime between July 01 and September I could have just picked it up at the bookstore. HIndsight being 20/30 and all that. Anyway I should go the deck won't sweep itself. Well not until I pick up that self cleaning deck.
If you'll excuse me David Diamond and his six string nation is on Breakfast television apparently I care about this? We'll see I guess I think the smurfs are on teletoon retro.
