A couple of years ago in this very spot I declared to the men of the world that I was not after their girlfriends. Recent events indicate that this did not take.
My friends of the fairer sex you are solely responsible for the break up of a couple that you have never met. Oh yes folks my relationship with you has caused the break up of a couple you have never met. I accuse you and I am taking no responsibility this time.
Dayna has this friend "Sasha" who is in college. She's nice, kinda cool. We took her with us when we went to Toronto in the spring. Anyway she was dating this guy who from the stories, I deduced, was not a catch. I think I told her that trust was important to a relationship. Nothing I wouldn't tell anyone else. So Dayna tells me that "Sasha" had a discussion with her bf about how Dayna and I trust each other enough that Dayna's fine with me hanging out with my "girl-friends". So then her bf said that Dayna and I were swingers. Apparently this was the last straw and that was the end of that.
So when I am not out trying to steal other guys women I am out sleeping with random couples. I am so busy. No wonder I am so tired all the time. If I was getting as much tail as I am accused of getting I wouldn't have time for a job or eating or sleeping. Somewhere in an Alternate Dimension Elyl must be extremely busy. Someday I should make a list of the girls I am accused of sleeping with and compare it to the phone book and see how many more I need to complete the whole collection.
Men of the world I grant unto you the secret to keeping your women. Honesty, trust, and respect. I could go into more detail but the I subscribe to the Issac Asimov "I, Robot" rules of laws. The fewer the laws the fewer the loopholes.
Law 1: Always be Honest in your relationship it may hurt but in the end you will be happier.
Law 2: Always have Trust in your reationship except when it is damaged by the First Law.
Law 3: Always Respect your relationship as long as such respect does not conflict with the First or Second Law.
Law 4: If any of the previous laws are impossible for you to fulfill then you have some decision to make...
I wonder if Lloyd Dobler had these kinds of problems.
