After fifty years of being mysteriously burnt despite being guarded by the army fire brigade and taxi drivers, being fireproofed, covered in ice, and generally made non flammable, why not take the hint from the fire arrow shooting Santa and simply give in to the real tradition of burning the unburnable Swedish goat? It will get more people out as an event, the ruddy thing will mysteriously catch fire anyways, so go with the real tradition of the goat burning.
