the head and chest....what the fuck?
ssoooooooo I got the house! wheels are turning, everything is going along exceptionally smooth, my realtor-cousin says. incredibly excited.
work lightened up a bit this week...next week is supposed to be another busy one, but right now it's just normal, which is busy, but not insane at least. My coworker - the project PA, whatever that means - sketched out a detail i need to draw...the safety connections for the window washers on the roof and how they must tie into the structural beams underneath. And he says "send this over to structural when you're through, they need to see these connections we're calling out, cause if these don't hold those guys up, they die."
just another reminder to me of the 'real world' involved in design - something they don't get round to teaching in school very often
