Pumpkin Chili
These are the first direct images of extra-solar planets. Ok, so they're specks. But now we know we can!! The pictures will only get better.
I made pumpkin chili Wednesday. I used this recipe without the beef. I added an extra can of beans, and an extra cup and a half of pumpkin, and half a jar of pasta sauce instead of the cans of tomatoes. I also skipped the sugar, because I figured the pasta sauce (from whole foods) had enough in it. So... only sort of that recipe.
But it smelled great when I got home, and it tasted great when I ate it!
