There weren't any major problems, but here are a few vignettes:
*I get irritated when I'm not told that I have to do something until after I'm supposed to have started. This could easily be circumvented by either telling me at the beginning of the shift when stations are decided, or by having them assigned consistently so we know which station's worker is supposed to do them.
*This week's double shift was overseen by the less competent of our two operators. He almost always makes me work the jackets for the second shift, which is usually well beyond my ability. (I've tried telling him this before, but either he completely failed to understand both my words and the shaking of my head from side to side, or he just feels like making me do it anyway.) This time, the jackets were so small that even I would be able to keep up, but he set me to general purpose elsewhere instead. The first station I worked was extremely easy, but when the second was about to start, I was so misled by his mumbling incoherently and pointing to the one that I wasn't supposed to work that I didn't manage to get to it until after it started.
*I noticed several times headaches in the front left region.
