Oh, on occasion. But I meant more that it's a tricky subject in general than that I had any unusual difficulty with it myself. What it really means, what it's really for, when it's truly necessary -- it's one of those concepts that only sounds simple on paper, isn't it?

Not in any way you haven't heard before, I expect. Accepting that things happen and letting go of resentment over it. But it's easier said than done.
