New years was pretty nice. Got a hotel room after chillin at steves for a while watching marching band videos. Our room was decent and didn’t lock and the room across from us was busted in by the cops I guess since there was no door handle and marks all over the door and was trashed inside. Smooookkkeeeeee.
Work has slowed down a lot and im awaiting when theyre gonna tell me to get out. I had a dream I was dating my supervisor last night. It was unsettlingly realistic. After this I will really concentrate on getting a job in philly. Speaking of which, I called the print shop in camden I tried to work for and they still havent filled the position! Wtf. Theyre a mess and probably don’t pay shit but I told them to give me a call come february/march. Fixed my resume and made new buisiness cards today. Its gonna be sad when I leave here. And im so much more productive designwise when im bored here.
The dive reopened for open mics again. Pretty stoked on playing there again. Me and christen have 2 shows. One in NY and one in jenkintown. Both nice places.
Im seeing rain (the beatles thing) on the 17th with my uncle and aunt. I heard its awesome and my aunt doesn’t even like the beatles. Its their present to me. After that im going to the poconos for a long weekend with my folks.
My toe is purple from new years. I don’t know why and it kinda hurts.
I showered more this break than I have in a while.
