1. What experience/person/idea/etc. led you to make teshuvah? (if there's a long answer and a short, the short will do fine here)

3. Didn't you have a 'frum-date' a while back? How did that go? (or maybe I just missed the post, but in any case...)

I'm not going to copy the meme to my journal, cuz I don't do that as a rule. But you or anyone else reading this are free to ask me anything! (though I may or may not respond)

1. The very short answer is: it feels right and it makes me happy. The medium long answer is I realized just how much I missed Judaism when I (stupidly) changed myself for someone I was dating. Then after the relationship ended, I started going to events at Hillel, then the cantor thing came, and then I realized that if I was going to be a practicing Jew, I could not very well pick and chose the rules I followed. So, there ya go. =)

2. arch = architecture, girl = girl, 06 = the year I was going to get my BARCH (bachelor of architecture) ... this was all before I switched my major to Integrative Arts =)

3. I did! And it was quite lovely. We went to the Baltimore aquarium. However, he currently lives in Jerusalem (although is in the states for awhile for the summer -- we're planning on another date before he goes back) so I shouldn't get my hopes up.

You are SOO racist. Don't you realize you're appropriating black culture in your LJ pic here? And doesn't the word 'niggun' seem awefully close to another word that starts with 'nigg..."? There's no way that could just be a 'coincidence.' I think you owe the entire world an apology, and especially me, because I'm 1/28th Cherokee and therefore identify with 'people of color.'
