Summary: What happens when Kazuya gives Jin a list of household chores to do?
Warning: BL
Author Note: Inspired by this ad my friend showed me :P

Although you could say that Akanishi Jin and Kamenashi Kazuya, two of Japan’s hottest idols, were quite the unconventional couple, them being both male, they had domestic issues just like any other co-habiting couple.

Kamenashi Kazuya was the epitome of the “perfect housewife”: always keeping the house clean, since he and Jin both mutually agreed not to hire a housekeeper lest they want their relationship to be made public (the rumors were enough, thanks), cooking the most perfect dishes, smoothing any dents on their bedspread, fluffing the pillows….

While Jin was the epitome of the husband who always sits in front of the television watching English channels, drinking root beer and eating chips while Kazuya is vacuuming away.

Truth be told, as much as Kazuya loved Jin, he wanted him to have his own share of responsibilities, of chores, as well. He didn’t want to have to be the responsible one all the time, because he had other things to attend to than taking care of household matters. Jin wasn’t the only one who was busy, most of the time, it was even Kazuya who was busier, yet he still did most of the chores!

Talking to him was out of the question, because Jin had the attention span of a three-year-old when it came to things he found boring, like housework.

Kazuya was going to be in Osaka for awhile, and worried that the house might look like a massive tornado just hit it once he returned, so what he did was, while Jin was still asleep, he wrote all the list of the things Jin needed to accomplish while he was away and posted it on their refrigerator, where Jin would surely be able to see it.

***

“KAZU!!!” Kazuya could hear his lover’s voice bellow from the kitchen. He was in their bedroom, packing for Osaka. He grinned to himself. Jin must have seen the list of chores already. And he could tell from the tone of his voice that the man wasn’t happy.

“Good morning to you too,” Kazuya greeted Jin as he entered the kitchen, holding up Jin’s favorite checkered shirt. “May I borrow this?”

“That won’t fit you, sweetie,” Jin said, obviously annoyed. “You’re going to look like someone who’s lost a lot of weight and are too lazy to buy new clothes because he wants everyone to see how his old clothes look too big for him now.” He sighed. “But that’s not the point.” He stood up and pointed at Kazuya’s note on the fridge. “What is this?”

“Oh…that?” Kazuya said, surprised, as if he just saw the note. Jin frowned. “Are you trying to torture me?”

“Jin, I’m going to be away in a week,” Kazuya said. “And you…I read your schedule---“
“---You read my schedule?” Jin interrupted him.

“Big deal. You always show me your schedule so you can show me the days when we would be having sex, which, I might add is listed on every single day.” It was Kazuya’s turn to frown.

“What I’m saying is, I just want you to look after the house, make sure it’s SPIC-AND-SPAN, I repeat, Jin, SPIC-AND-SPAN while I’m away. Is that too much to ask from my strong, handsome boyfriend?” He walked toward Jin and started tracing lines on his neck with his finger. “You know what could happen if you don’t comply with my rules, don’t you?” He looked up at Jin, who looked bothered. He grinned an evil grin. “That’s right. You’re going to have to take care of that yourself. And to think that I’ll be away for a week. Lord knows how you’ll hunger for me when I come back.”

Kazuya’s fingers were starting to do pleasurable things to Jin’s body, and Jin couldn’t help it. He pinned his lover against the wall. “Then I guess I’m going to have to ravish you right now,” he whispered hoarsely.

Kazuya used all of his strength to push Jin away. “Not now, you aren’t. If I return in one week and you managed to make this house clean, then that’s when you’ll be getting your reward.” He sighed. “Besides, we just did it last night. Do you have any idea how you almost made me limp today?”

“I’ll fuck you senseless you wouldn’t be able to stand even!” Jin grinned. Kazuya laughed. “Only if you follow all the chores I asked you to do.” He looked at the kitchen clock. “Tegoshi will be here any minute. I must finish packing--- and don’t look at me with that angry face of yours. Just because you can’t stand the guy doesn’t mean I have to hate him too.”

Jin watched his lover as he walked out of the kitchen. Mumbling incoherent swear words under his breath, he took a good look at the list of things Kazuya instructed him to do:

Akanishi Jin’s List of Chores to do for one week while I’m in Osaka doing work:

Grocery Shopping (I’ll email you the list within this week)

WALK THE DOGS and clean their kennels (Try not to be photographed with Ran-chan and Jelly. It might spark rumors)

Loosen all the jars (For the record, I am not a wuss. Those jars are just plain stubborn)

Wash and iron laundry…and don’t forget to fold the clothes.

VACCUUM.

Clean the bathroom. (Why do you keep on flushing condoms and spilling our lube supply? And do not use shower sex as an excuse to that)

Water the plants

I LOVE YOU! SEE YOU IN ONE WEEK. ♥

“GAAAAAH, he is trying to torture me,” Jin whined as he heard the door open, keys jiggling and Kazuya telling him, “Goodbye, Jin! Remember what I told you. I love you!”

“All right. All right, Kazuya, I’ll do all the things you asked me to do,” Jin said, pacing back and forth around the kitchen. It wouldn’t take too long, would it?

***
Five days have passed, and Jin was successful in keeping the house clean, thanks to his clever plan, if he could say so himself. He ordered his groceries via cell phone email under the name “Natsu”, in homage for his lead role in BANDAGE and had them delivered.

“Grocery shopping, check,” he said proudly, after he paid the delivery man, who was surprised to see Jin, not because he was Akanishi Jin, but because Jin was wearing the craziest disguise ever: one of Kazuya’s blond wigs which he wore whenever Jin was out with him (so that Jin would be rumored to be dating a mysterious blond, which wouldn’t get him and Kazuya into trouble with Johnny), shutter shades and bunny pajamas, which Kazuya was only permitted to see him wear.

“What, you’ve never seen a transvestite in shutter shades and bunny pajamas before?” Jin told the man, who kept on ogling at him. “Get going, sonny.”

After the man was gone, Jin closed the door and looked at a framed picture of Kazuya that was in the living room. It was a picture of him during the BTR tour, when he was wearing the red kimono. “Just you wait, Kazuya,” he said proudly. “The moment you arrive, I’m going to kiss you until you forget your name and moan mine and fuck you so many times that if you were a girl, I’d get you pregnant!” He laughed.

***
Housekeeping sure was exhausting; Jin thought as he lazily sat on the couch and looked at the other chores. He already took care of the other things. All that was left was doing the laundry, which he absolutely hated.

“Can’t I just have them dry-cleaned?” Jin groaned. But then he was too lazy to go out.

“I have one more day,” Jin said. “I can do it all in the morning. Besides, I deserve a break, right guys?” He looked at the family dogs, who barked in reply

“All right, I’m going to have a house party then,” Jin said, dialing all the numbers of his ‘troop members.’ “I’ll call this one the “I’m going to have one week’s worth of pleasure from Kazuya victory party.”

***
It didn’t occur to Jin that he may have invited more people than he intended to, which was why the party, as soon as it started, suddenly became out of control. In other words, the house was messier than ever, and Kazuya was due to be home the next morning!

“Great party, Jin,” one of his foreign friends, Dan, said, raising his booze bottle in homage to him. Jin bowed his head modestly, while trying to figure out how to get all the people out of his house and to clean before Kazuya comes home.

“Uhhh…I’ll be right back,” he mumbled before looking for the two people who would understand his agony.

“IDIOT, you shouldn’t have thrown a party then,” Koki said once Jin told him the whole story.

“I know,” Jin said. “I didn’t realize I was inviting all my friends over until the house looked as if a tornado hit it.” He grinned sadly. “Kazuya’s words, not mine.” He slammed the table in frustration. “OHHHH NOW I’M NEVER GETTING ANY SEX. And do you have any idea how long I haven’t been laid, already?”

“Okay, look, Jin, calm down okay?” Koki said. “And please, Jin. This is not about sex. This is about you showing how much you care for Kazuya by heeding to his requests. He told me he just wanted you to be him for once and learn how difficult it must be sometimes.”

“Yeah I bet it’s difficult for him to adjust to my massive shenlong,” Jin said proudly. Koki face palmed. “That’s not what I meant.”

“Oh.”

“Anyway, Kazuya holds a special, platonic place in my heart and I don’t want to see him come home, tired from Dreamboys and seeing his house, which he proudly proclaims to be spotless, a mess, just because of his boyfriend’s stupid mistake, which I hope you now regret.”

Suddenly, Jin wasn’t worried about not getting any from Kazuya anymore. He felt guilty at the prospect of his lover not feeling comfortable after going home from a hard week of work.

“Help me get out of this mess,” Jin said, helpless.

“I’ll see what I can do.”

***

3 am and Koki, Yamapi, Ryo and Jin were still at the Akanishi-Kamenashi residence, trying to clean up the mess, while they’ve cleaned up a lot already, they’ve still yet to leave the place spic-and-span.

Jin was getting sleepy, and he could tell the guys were getting sleepy as well. And he knew that they still had work the following day, so he told them to call it a night, or rather, a morning and sleep in the guest bedroom while he cleaned.

***
It was 10 am when Kazuya arrived in Tokyo, and in his house. He couldn’t wait to see what his lover had accomplished so far. He planned to check on the house first before crashing down on their king-sized bed to sleep, hoping that Jin won’t be asking for his reward until after he’s rested.

He fished out his house keys and unlocked the door, assuming that Jin was probably still asleep.

And he was right.

Kazuya saw him sprawled on the couch, snoring heavily, a can of energy drink dangling from his hands. That wasn’t the only unsightly thing he saw, though. He saw clutter everywhere. The furniture was unarranged; everything wasn’t at its place. There were crumbles everywhere-he didn’t vacuum! Kazuya suddenly felt a rush of anger and frustration toward Jin. He quickly opened the refrigerator and found it to be almost empty. HE DIDN’T DO THE GROCERIES EITHER!

“I bet my ass he didn’t do the laundry as well,” Kazuya muttered, going to the laundry room to check, and sure enough, their clothes were still there, unwashed, unfolded and most certainly unironed.

Kazuya stormed into the living room, where he saw Jin just about to wake up. “Oh, hi Kazuya. Okaeri,” he said weakly. “How were the shows in Osaka?” He frowned. He didn’t like the way Kazuya was looking at him. It was a mixture of anger and disappointment.

“AKANISHI,” Kazuya said. “You…you…”

“I…I love you?” Jin said sheepishly.

“Don’t you start talking, Akanishi, don’t you start,” Kazuya said. “I expected you to become responsible for once, didn’t I? I expected you to look after the house while I was away. Jin, we’re in a relationship. In a relationship, two people must work to, well, make it work. And it seems to me as if I’m the only one who’s working, and no! This is not a stupid housekeeping issue. It’s how you can sometimes be so unreliable and lazy and all you care about is yourself! I’m surprised you even remembered to feed the dogs!”
“Kazuya, I…”

“We’re going to a photoshoot in a few minutes,” Kazuya said. “Get dressed. God, why do I have to remind you every single thing that you have to do?” He made his way toward the master’s bedroom and banged the door behind him.

Jin’s eyes widened. “Uh-oh.” He quickly followed Kazuya and tried to turn the doorknob, but it wouldn’t open. As expected, Kazuya locked it. “Kazuya!” he said. “KAZUYA, my clothes are in there. Can you at least let me change?”

“FUCK OFF, AKANISHI!” were the only words Kazuya said in reply.

Jin tried to think of a nasty retort, but thought better off it. Kazuya was tired and irritated. The right way to deal with it was to just ignore it and have a good talk with him as soon as he was in a cooler temperament.

***
At the studio, only Koki knew the reason for the tension between KAT-TUN’s most disgustingly affectionate couple.

Jin and Kazuya walked in the studio, although not together, Jin arriving later than Kazuya. He had to commute because his car keys were in their room, and Kazuya wouldn’t let him in the room. Come to think of it, because of his foolishness, Kazuya wouldn’t let him in him, which made his body ache.

“Well, there goes my sex life,” Jin mumbled sadly.

Kazuya and Jin blissfully ignored each other while happily interacting with the other members. Ueda noticed the two were acting the way Johnny instructed them to act on-camera.

“Why aren’t you trying to get into Kazuya’s pants, Jin?” Ueda asked casually, yet frankly during a ten-minute break.

“Like he’s going to let me,” Jin answered forlornly. “Look, I screwed up, okay? Once again, I proved to Kazuya how undeserving I am of his love and devotion.”

“Maybe you could do something about it,” Ueda suggested. Jin raised an eyebrow. “Like what?”

“Hmm…I don’t know,” Ueda said. “Do something thoughtful.” He patted Jin’s shoulder. “I know you’ll think of something. When it comes to Kazuya, anything’s possible.” He then walked away to chat with the other members.

“Do something thoughtful, eh?” Jin said. Suddenly, an idea came formulating on his mind. “I have just the thing….”

The moment the couple came home, Kazuya locked himself in their room. Jin took this as a cue for him to start his “Operation: Do-something-thoughtful”. First in the list: Cook Kazuya some dinner.

Unlike what some other people might think, Jin wasn’t at all hopeless in the kitchen. He could whip up a few delicious dishes on his own, if he could say so himself. And he most certainly could whip up one of Kazuya’s favorite dishes, curry.

Holding a tray of curry and some miso soup (instant), he knocked on their bedroom door.

“You’re disturbing me,” were Kazuya’s words.

“I…I made you dinner, Kazuya,” Jin said. “I made you some curry. I figured, you might not have been eating well the whole day and so I decided to cook you your favorite dish.”

“I plan on skipping dinner. Go away,” Kazuya shouted.

Jin stared at the boundary that separated him and Kazuya helplessly, feeling hurt. He spent a lot of time perfecting the curry, only to be brushed away by Kazuya.

He put the curry inside the fridge. He believed his lover would still want to eat his food.

Now, to think of something else to do, and for that something to work this time.

****

Kazuya woke up later than usual. He was scheduled for an interview with Anan. He frowned after remembering that, because Anan reminded him of Jin. Since he had more time to spare before the interview, he decided to rewrite “Today’s Agenda” on his trusty, sticky post-its. He went to the kitchen to get some, only to find out they were empty.

“Jin,” Kazuya snarled. He narrowed his eyes toward the living room, where the older man was slumped on the couch, sleeping.

Kazuya decided to make himself a sandwich. He took out a peanut butter jar, and was surprised to see a post-it stuck to it: “I’ve been loosened” it read, in Jin’s messy hiragana.

“Unbelievable,” Kazuya murmured. He went to the laundry room, where he saw that the clothes were already neatly folded, post-its stuck to the top of the pile, saying, “I’ve been washed, ironed and folded!”

The doorbell rang, and Kazuya went for the door, not wanting to wake Jin up. It was a delivery man, with groceries in tow.

“Oh, thank god you’re not that crazy-looking whacko I delivered groceries to a few days ago,” the delivery man said. “Anyway, here you go, ma’am.”

“I’m a boy,” Kazuya said, as he paid the man the bill, plus a tip.

“Have a good day, miss!” the man bowed and made his way out.

Kazuya closed the door, shaking his head. “So…Jin did do the groceries. Jin did complete my list. Or did he?”

He checked on the dogs. Each had a post-it stuck to them that said, “I’ve been nourished and walked”. Kazuya couldn’t help but laugh at how ridiculous the dogs looked with the sticky paper stuck onto their foreheads.

“I better wake that idiot up,” Kazuya said as he went to the living room, before accidentally stepping on something.

“What’s this?” Kazuya said, before realizing it was yet another post-it. “I’ve been vacuumed,” he read. He looked at the sleeping figure on the couch, feeling a new rush of love engulf his senses.

He walked toward the sleeping man, only to realize that he too, had a post-it stuck to his forehead. Kazuya leaned closer to read it.

“Sex-deprived,” it read. Kazuya smacked Jin, causing him to wake up. “Oh, you pervert!” he said, laughing. Jin just looked up at him and smiled. “So, you forgive me?”

Kazuya thought for a moment. “No. You left post-its all over the place!” he snapped. Jin looked down and sighed. “I really tried, Kazuya. I did.”

Next thing he knew, Kazuya was on top of him. “I know you did,” he said. “And you’ll be getting your reward.”

“REALLY?” Jin said happily, quickly changing positions so he was on top of Kazuya. He kissed the younger man’s forehead. “I missed you, Kazuya.”

“Cut the cheese and just fuck me,” Kazuya demanded.

And Jin, like the meek husband, did obey.
