The lip syncing on the second one is really well done. That guy is quite amazing.

i dont think hes lyp syncing that. i think hes actually singing it! isnt he? it saud acapella which lead me to believe he was singing all the parts sanz music.

Nope, he says in the song description that it's not him singing.

Nope, he just lip synced, but he worked with the actual group that wrote and sang the John Williams song to make the video. They're called Moosebutter.
