Can't say that I am a devout Johnny Depp fan...I have seen them... I am not one.
But if I ask myself... have I ever seen a movie with him in it that I haven't at least liked if not awed by.... no
Watched Donnie Brasco last night. One of those movies that you like the trailer. Wanted to see... just never did. Now you finally do.
It was great. No!... it was scary. I mean it totally makes you feel like a little kie. If you knew that you were going to get "clipped" would you show up? or would you turn heel and run. I can't say...
This was one of those movies that showed you something dark, scary, and real. Then it handed yout he nice safe solution so you could feel good about yourself. Then right at the end with holding onto it will all your might. They hold you down and tear it out of your fingers.... leaving you vulnerable and alone.
