Got the bill for the new roof
Well, the hail that happened last spring caused a fair amount of roof damage. So I got the insurance people to look at it, and then a Scientologist roofer to do the replacement, which he did for exactly the amount of the insurance, which is pretty good of him. Only problem is, I didn't get the full reimbursement from the insurance, so I am in hock for several years to pay off the difference. So ok, at least the roof won't leak.
I hate to second guess myself, whether or not I should have replaced it this year. I probably could have left it for a while, but who knows; the damage might have been much worse later. So I did and now to work on paying for it.
