I am so glad this week is over. I hate exams. My brain has finally imploded due to the amount of information I managed to cram in there last minute. Yay for sleep!

Unfortunately, sleeping four or five hours during the day doesn't help one sleep at night. I should probably learn that lesson. Hmm...

I did absolutely nothing exciting this week except discover that there are Naruto episodes on youtube.com. That was fun.

I had the weirdest dream last night.

My fingers hurt because I decided that after my nap, it would be smart to practice two and a half hours. I think I need my brain checked because I can't feel my fingers now. Then I went to my lesson and played for another hour because I'm crazy. My G-string (violin string, for clarification SARAH LYNN)was rattling, and it was annoying. It turns out that my D string was false and my A string was dead, which was why I was playing all out of tune and being paranoid that my "skills" (*coughlackthereofcough*) had degraded to the point where I became tone deaf. Glad that was cleared up...slightly...

I probably really am tone deaf and am just telling myself that I'm not to feel better about it.

I practiced in the sun room today, with the sliding glass door open. It was pretty and sunny outside, and there was a really nice breeze coming through the screen door, making my music flutter on the stand. Sometimes I wish I could go outside and stand on the dock to play, but that would be extremely awkward. It would be nice though, I think-to play by the lake. My mom's roses have finally bloomed. They're late this year, but the wait was worth it. You can smell the red Lincoln roses from far away, and the pink English tea roses that was planted in memory of my grandmother have little buds on them that are just starting to open up. My favorite one-the orangish color, is half way to being in full bloom, and I'm excited. :) Late spring, I suppose. I remember how in eighth grade for the eigth grade formal, my mom cut some roses for me and Angela to put in our hair. I meant to keep those whitish(?) rose buds and stick them in a book to make a print, but I think I gave them away because I can't find them. Either that, or I stuck them in a book and forgot which book it was. Hmmm...spring cleaning. After exams.

I hope May 20th comes soon. That means that exams will be over and essentially, school will be over. Yay!
