Last night, I had a dream. I found myself in a desert called Cyberland.

Wait. Wrong dream.

I was downtown, looking for office space. I had still been working for TCR, even though there were only about three of us left, but then TCR folded altogether. So I was selling loft office #1, and moving myself into loft office #2, which was smaller, and therefore cheaper.

It turned out that loft office #1 was exactly what eleanor_lavish was looking for, and even came complete with a nice large roof patio area where there was a garden, and where it would be safe for EL's daughter to come and play after preschool, without EL having to watch her every second.

There were other fun bits, like showing off the plants already in the garden, the big waiting/meeting area, and the sparkly corner (a back alcove, sparkly because of it was colourful and cheerful, despite being a concrete alcove with no view of windows, not because of any sparkly boys). But even during the dream, there was a little corner of my mind wondering what EL was doing in my city, and as a single mother, no less.

Strange dreams are apparently what come with sleeping for 10 hours (!!), along with feeling like I got hit in the head with a large rubber mallet, from the inside.
