Been a long, long time....
... since I've posted anything here. For some reason I just decided to actually come and see if anyone was even still here. Everyone I know uses facebook, twitter, etc to keep in touch with people. I do have a FB, but I do not have a twitter and can't see myself getting yet another networking thingamabob. I very rarely actually update anything. I do play the games on FB, but other than that, not a lot of posting going on about my everyday life all in all.
Something about being on a public forum discussing my personal life just doesn't seem to appeal to me the way it once did. While on the one hand, it does keep my friends updated on what's going on with me, on the other, there are people out there who take what you say and either twist it or try to make it into some form of drama or another. Do I really want these people to know what I have to say about my personal life? The answer to that is a definitive and resounding 'no'. It's not like I have anything really life changing to write about either. It's not as if I could touch someone's life by the words I write. It's all been said before. Have I become jaded? Yes and no. I suppose I try to make an effort to post more if things grab my attention, but I cannot promise to do so everyday or promise that all my posts will be enlightening.
