Pulled this from the stumptuous women's weight training blog. I haven't been a runner since early high school. I also used to bike long-distance. Right now, I love the weights. I make myself do just enough cardio. I'm lazy that way. Now I'm wondering if I should reconsider running. Sadly, I don't own a bike. I might jump on one of the kid's bikes but that's about it. Sure, I walk a lot...but. well, this article has got me thinking that I might like to get back into the biking thing. I wonder if midlife women do as well at biking as running.
