Computer Woes
Sooooo....
I'm at work today, listenting to my iPod, actually having a pretty good time for a change, when in walks my boss. We chit-chat for a while, and then he heads over to the resident laptop in the room and begins poking buttons, meanwhile telling me that batteries for certain Dell brands are being recalled due to a risk of them catching fire. After checking the website a few minutes he found out the battery for the office laptop will most likely have to be sent back...and of course I have the exact same computer as the one in the office...*sigh*

Here's the website in case anyone else is interested. I found it interesting you have to REMOVE the battery to read the cereal number to double/triple/quadrupal check that you might indeed have an exploding battery. Of course this would happen at the beginning of the school year. I figure it'll probably take a few WEEKS to get he replacement battery :-P Merph, that might explian why it seems to die at the drop of a hat though, hopefully that will improve. Meanwhile, if I fail to show up to a planned event, then it's probably becaues my battery has caught fire and managed to cause me stress. :-P
