You know you love the Gorillas
Yeah! I just checked scans_daily and found a scan of a sweet moment between Brain and Mallah. So I repost it here, to feed my friends fear for the much eluded but hopefully never written Grodd/Mallah/Ultrahumanite fic of gorillaness. Bwahaha! I wonder if they even know each other...
Also, I want to find some explanation for my current ailing other than my past and present stupidity and clumsiness, but there's none. You see, I used to practice kick boxing and lima-lama. The gym's weapon of choice were the short sticks, like Dicks, so that's the weapon I'm most familiar with. But for a couple of months, I took nun-chucks lessons. You can imagine how well that went.
The first couple of accidents were painful enough for me to strongly recommend you never, never try and play with nun-chucks without wrapping your elbows in 5 inches of rubber. The move where you pass the chuck behind your shoulder? If you don't catch it and it hits your elbow... I had never, ever in my life, felt a pain so strong. Truth to be told my elbows never really went back to being happy.
My lab jumped at me earlier today, I lost equilibrium and hit the door handle with my elbow. It hurts like a bitch. Sitting on the computer for hours without end is not going to be an option tonight or tomorrow. I am a sad puppy. With rotten joints. Ahh, but I loved the nunchucks. They were too much fun to quit!
I was also looking, in the same scans_daily post, to the Robin/Wonder Girl kiss (which wtf, but whatever), and someone said we only had to give Timmy a few years and he would have done half the DC universe. And I thought 'Awww, just like big brother Dick!' and then.. erm. Just like Bruce, too. So, I just think someone should bring that up to Bruce. It would, at the very least, be a riot of a conversation...
