Hmm... well. My penn name has been Schatten for a while now, which is german for Shadow. I became Shadow after a poem I wrote for my ex boyfriend, back when we started dating, calling myself (see, I was a little naive at the time) a shadow that he casted, meaning I would always be there. After a while, being a shadow for those I loved became something of a promise, to be there for them in good and bad. I suppose it's a bit silly, since my ex and I never rekindled the friendship after the break up (so much for being there :P), but I like the name. I'm sort of a shadow in other ways, kind of in the background of things. I like being a backstage player, a shadowy mastermind and such :P The Arch prefix came to be because, as suspected, Schatten was already taken in the LJ, and I'm an architecture student. So... Architectural Shadow, that's me.

On other things, I said I wasn't going to write until I finished the semester, but hah, the bunnies are evil. Expect a follow up story for 'Displacement' soon (yep, more weird sex dynamic from Bruce and co.). Hope all the mothers had a nice weekend, and since it's Teacher's day here in Mexico, a good day to all those involved in teaching too!
