Excellent things, making me happy
- My hair is behaving well today. I'm a hair dye from looking like a jpop star (a guy, not a girl). Most excellent hair!
- The new Gorillaz album. suavebastard recced it, is it awesome. I'm currently loving Rhinestone Eyes more than I should. Also, the video for Stylo? Sweet, sweet cars. Awesome song. Also, Bruce Willis.
- Twitter. I didn't really think much of it, and then I started to use it, and it's really fun. If anyone wants to play with me there, I'm @dreamkraken.
- Batman. He's always most excellent and makes me happy.
- Rewatching Crisis on Two Earths. I love the fights so much, and Owlman. Oh do I love Owlman. And Bruce being an awesome ruthless son of a bitch. Superwoman and Wonder Woman being amazing.
- Trashy pop. I'm indulging in Paris Hilton and Kesha. Yeahhhh, I don't know what to tell you either.
- Empire State of Mind. I had that song on repeat for like a week. Hell yeah.
- Being actually good at my job. It looks like it's not all beyond me. I might be teaching a class at my old college next August if I can put together a portfolio.
- Italian classes. My classmate/young friend dropped the class without much of a goodbye and I should be annoyed.. but I'm taking individual classes to breach the gap between my level and the advanced level to join that group, and hard as advanced grammar is, I'm feeling rather happy about it. I whine and yell a lot at it, but I think I'm getting there.
- I got my wisdom teeth pulled last Friday, all four of them. It was a strange, unpleasant awful experience, but it wasn't necessarily painful, and my recovery has been very good and mostly painless. I'm almost back to normal except for my diet, but even that is improving. So glad that's behind me now :)
- I have a trip planned for the 19 to 24th of March. Me and some friends are going to visit two other friends to Guadalajara. I think it'll be awesome, I'm really looking forward to it.
- I'm watching Alice in Wonderland next Friday. Rocking!
That's... all, I think! It's a slow comics week, this one, and I am extremely pissed off with James Robinson, so not much joy coming from my comics this week.
But every week is a week closer to the Return of Bruce Wayne, so it's always a good comics week :)
