"It looks like I just saved your... cantaloupes?" Bruce said with a half smile, his left eyebrow going up as he looked at his catch, bending down to grab the one that he was balancing on top of his shoe.

How much do I love the image of Bruce effortlessly balancing a melon on his shoe? SO MUCH.

"Yes! Of course I hate Starro. What, do you like Starro?"

The comparison of Banshee and Starro cracked me up. I had...never thought of Starro as a Christmas-themed villain. ONe more reason to agree with Clark's assessment!

No, it's a batarang. With googly eyes.

I loved that image so much! Actually, I loved the image of Diana holding it up and making the eyes whirl around and both of them howling with laughter...

"I don't really have that much to say about it. It's not an extensive charm."

Oh Bruce. YOU LIE. I so love him here, he's reserved but very vulnerable at the same time (of course, I think generally Bruce becomes more reserved as he feels vulnerable!)

Bruce moved in closer to him, and he kissed Clark, he kissed Clark, and Clark felt his heart tumble

Awwww, that breathless, amazed clause is just perfect. *happy sigh* Wonderful!

I imagined Bruce with the cantaloupe much like.. a giant hacky sack! and.. the idea of Bruce and a hacky sack just blows my mind.

I can't help but think that if maybe Starro wore a Christmas hat or something... you know! he's a star! he could be Christmassy! I kind of love Starro, he's so absurdly designed.

Your scene of Diana and Kal cracking up at the batarang made me laugh so much! hahaha, yes! of course they did this!! Diana is Princess of Mischief!!

There is a point of vulnerability where Bruce just sits there and pretends to be a rock, I think. 'I am not here I am not here I am not here.' Haha, I just thought of George Clooney's attempt at ignoring the emotional crisis in Up in the Air, but nope, YOU'RE GONNA HAVE TO COPE WITH PEOPLE CRYING. Nghhh.

Thank youu for the help with this, kitten! :D :D you're the bestestt! and thanks to Dan too for the ornaments help! Dan is wise +nods nods+
