Okaaaaayyyy, deep breaths! Good things first.
I started working with two of my friends from my old job. One of them is still at my old job, the other was also laid off, and now we three fight crime are designing and building and doing renovations. So... I have a working firm again! and this time.. it actually profits! Go us!
I also started freelancing for the office of two school colleagues. They also design and build and do renovations! they don't know of my first job yet, but I don't think it would be a problem as I just freelance for them, and neither of these things take up my full time.
Problem right now is.. this Monday I start two renovations, one of a facade and thus not a big deal, and one a yard with a pool which is a bit more of a big deal (especially 'cause I've never done any construction?) because it's more money.
All would be okay. Except. Except. Except.
Astrid, who was in charge of the pool renovation, will leave for a trip to New York this Saturday.
Yamil left for Albuquerque today.
They won't return until the end of next week.
I will be supervising both construction sites on my own. I. I.
