Silly dance at A-kon

Someone help! It's driving me nuts! People at A-kon were doing this silly dance where they put their hands on the sides of their head and bopped their hands from side to side to some repetitive techno beat. It's stupid and silly, but I want to see where it came from! Please help before I go insane
