#090: Light 'em up
Hi.
It's been a long while. University applications are settled and I'm just waiting for offers from local universities. SMU shortlisted me for a Business Mgm interview tomorrow so... all the best to me:)) even tho I'm least likely to choose it. NTU Biz would be my first choice, if they ever offer to me, followed by NUS Biz Analytic then NUS Real Estate, bc I really love the environment in NTU, really... peaceful, and whole, as compared to NUS, which is currently undergoing construction for Yale-NUS I think. These few weeks were tough at work, given that March is a peak season for the Japanese, therefore there's quite alot of tourists from Japan to Singapore. Thankfully, April and May are the non-peak periods so I can take my time to complete my tasks and still end work on time. Then again, work is making me deprived of social life; every night I'm quite exhausted, most probably from the long journey back home from work, and always didn't have enough time/energy to help my siblings with their studies.
Finally completed F.R.I.E.N.D.S Season 1 (don't judge) and while its incredibly hilarious, HIMYM will always have a special place in my heart bc I watched HIMYM during a time when I'm overwhelmed with stress at school, HIMYM made me, or rather, taught me to laugh when I can't seem to. Despite many saying, myself included, that its standard has been deteriorating over the years, I guess as the characters mature, the series progresses from lighthearted and funny, to a more serious tone. There is no way I could just simply stop watching HIMYM bc I'm too invested in it; the extent to which I adore each character and each pairing, more specifically, Barney and Robin, may just scare you. Alright, time to torrent Season 2 of F.R.I.E.N.D.S :))
