Finally nearing the end of yet another hectic week.
Just had my last test of the week - Chemistry test. Oh wellz, wasn't well prepared so I shan't have any high hopes and expectations. Sometime I think I set myself high standards and expectations. The higher the expectations, the greater the disappointment. Getting back my Bio test results was probably the greatest hit. Last for the test. I admit that I didn't prepare much for this test either, mainly because I was still in the Orientation mood, but my expectations of self rose as a result of the previous, similar test, forcing myself to expect more, better, at least not the last in class.
Three tests next week. I hope I can survive, like at least study for all 3 tests. The rate at which people in my class are mugging is scaring me; they have never been this hardcore before. Let's see... Almost every free period, they're all studying. And studying. But what other choice do we have? The 'A' Levels are coming at full blast, and we've got like 8-9 more months to prepare. I really really really wanted to get into the Business course in university. Preferably a local uni. Yesterday NUS came to give a (few) talks on admission details as well as introduction to the different faculties by the different professors. Imagine my shock when I found out that the minimum grades to get into NUS School of Business are AAA/A. #areyoukiddingme I must must must work reallllllllllllly hard now/soon :( Unless other universities offer the course at lower grades! But still, I gotta start getting into my mugger mode and work hard soon.
I saw somewhere, either in Twitter or Tumblr, that Aquarians need at least 3 creative outlets for them to express themselves. Well, if so, I have about three atm I guess: Twitter, Tumblr, Facebook/Livejournal. I doubt Facebook is one of it tho; its more like a socialising event/place. But these 3 outlets ain't as free as they used to be; I can't tweet/reblog/post what I really wanted to post without being fully aware that people I know are judging me. As usual. Well yes, then what's the point of having a Twitter/Tumblr/Livejournal account then? They're just places for me to express myself. I don't mind strangers reading what I've posted, but I actually do kind of mind it when friends read my posts. Strange isn't it? Huh.
Gtg now, teeth aching from the dental appointment few hours ago :x
