La de da... still at Rick's. Been here since Sunday or Monday.. can't remember which. And for those of you who have been waiting for Rick and I to just go ahead and date, your wish has come true. Rick and I are dating now... since July 4th.
So supposedly there are evacuations and closed roads and lots of flooding up at Western. I'm supposed to go back today.
CJ's funeral was sad, annndd the preacher made me mad. I won't go into all that though because I know it will be controversial and I don't feel like typing every aspect right now; however, he did make me mad.
Both the viewing and funeral were neat because Nancy (cjs mom) requested that nobody wear black. Only bright colors. So when I looked across the church, all I saw were bright colors. That's the way I want my funeral to be.
Anyhow, I'll be back in the Whee tonight providing weather allows it.

OH YEAH! So Rick's parents are from Ohio. So is my mom. Rick's parents and my mom were born a year apart. Guess how far apart the towns the grew up in are? My mom grew up in Wadsworth, OH. Rick's parents grew up in Barberton, OH. Barberton and Wadsworth are small towns directly next to each other. That'd be like Liberty and Ramseur... or Sylva and Cullowhee; how creepy. My mom used to go to the diner in Barberton to hang out. Dear god... hope rick and I aren't related. There's only one thing worse that having little nikki/rick's running around... and that's little deformed nikki/rick's running around. our gene pool is going to be confused enough as is... nikki=5'; rick=6'6" but anyway jk... there won't be any little nikki/rick's running around.
