has almost passed. I just wrote a long ass entry, and wouldn't you know it, my stupid internet gives me that crap about having to shut down because of an error, blah blah blah....Gah! It was so long, and I was in such a good mood. =____= Maybe it wasn't meant to be. And I had pictures! I had many stories and one of them needed an illustration of my bathroom. I talked about my dogs so they were in there too. Ah, man... Man oh man oh man.
Hm... I think I want to attempt to write what I remember... _> ...... Here goes nothing. -_-
Um, I was watching Conan earlier, hehe, and he did the Chuck Norris thing where he pulls 'teh' lever, and a clip of Walker Texas Ranger is shown. Haha, just thinking about that cheers me up some. Okay, so the second to last clip showed some fat butcher-looking guy tackle Chuck to the ground, and that clip lasted FOREVER. Or...it did to me. They were rolling around in a barn, and it looked more like they were hugging than trying to kill each other. O_o That whole scene could've been really hot if it was NOT some fat guy and Chuck doing it! If it was, oh I don't know, maybe AoixUruha!..... *.* .......No, this seems more like a job for Reituki! =D *brainstorms and takes notes for future fics* .......
What else? La dee da ......mm...... today was the last of school for a lot of people, ne? Family, friends, etc. The fourth graders from my brothers' school had a little picnic and played games at the park caddy corner from my house, so my mom went and helped since one of my brothers attended the little event. OMG, and can you believe the restrooms were locked?! A public park, with the restrooms locked. Gah, I bet it's because it's the southside. 'All those gosh darn mexicans don't know how to stop tagging and damaging property!' Which they don't. All these little wankstas just don't know when to quit. -_- Back to the story! The bathrooms were locked so the teachers were kind of freaking out and didn't know what to do, and since we live RIGHT THERE, my mom volunteered our house as the designated port-a-potty. The first trip made was at 9:30 am and they woke me up. T_T I heard a bunch of little kids in the living room running around and I thought, What the--oh crap! My door's open! I better get up! Luckily my mom walked in first and told me about the restrooms being locked, so that was good. After she left, I closed the door and started changing my clothes, when I hear this sort of strangled yell from a little girl, "AH! WHAT IS THAT?!" I started chuckling because I knew she was freaking out about our hermit crabs. My bathroom... let me draw it.
Not my finest piece of work, but whatever.
When you walk in and head straight for the toilet, the tank is right there, and since we don't want our crabs to be completely bored, we have a big, thick stick that runs up from one corner and curves a little to the middle of the tank. (They've almost escaped a couple of times, hehe.) SO, I thought she was scared of the crabs, but she thought the big stick was a snake, and I couldn't help but laugh and feel bad for her. Good thing she didn't go to our backyard, there's all kinds of things by the stairs, tennis balls torn apart by the dogs, ooo! Want to see my dogs? I think I have a picture of my brother's dog, Max. He's a black mutt and so calm. Awww, I love Max... I KNOW I have pics of my crazy black and white mutt, Toushii. OMG, he's insane! Not only does he jump all over me whenever I see him, he tries to do blackflips off of me! He's done it a couple of times, and it was the weirdest/coolest thing I've ever seen. Mm, and he sleeps on this little trampoline we have in the backyard. He's always on that thing.
Haha, I always do this! I'll start talking about one thing, then drift off into ten other things just to explai that one thing, LOL.
What else what else.......mm..... Mi familia and I went to Sam's Club, or Super Club as my brother calls it because he loves Employee of the Month. (OMG Dane Cook! <3 I swear I'm like, one of his biggest fans. Almost 5 years!) My mom, brothers, and I hung out at the little food court type thingy while waiting for my dad to go and get whatever he was getting, so my mom once again brings up JRR. =_= (Actually, I don't feel too bad anymore. I wanted to see Tora and hear alice nine. play "Jewels" SO BAD, but I'll have to wait even longer now.) SO, I don't even remember what she said because I was trying to block her out with my headphones, but then she said, "Who sings that song? The one that goes, *hums*" OMG. It was SILLY GOD DISCO! I knew what it was, but because I was "being difficult" I didn't tell her right away and instead asked questions like, "What? What are you talking about? Is that from the radio?" XD My brother burst my bubble though, and told her the name of the song. T_T Then we started talking about GazettE and bands coming to America.
"Oh! Who sings it?"
"GazettE. "
"Oh that's them? And they're going to be at the concert, or, oh no you said they weren't right?"
"If they were there, we wouldn't be having this conversation! I'd be there in line!"
"...Yeah, THAT'S the concert to go to. They have some pretty cool music, I like that song. It's not too rockish. Why is it called SILLY GOD DISCO, is it in English?"
"Some of it. Ruki likes English so he uses it here and there."
"Oh really? How many times have they been over here?"
"None!"
"They've never been over here?!"
"Nope! And-"
"Why not? Our bands go over there and all around the world all the time, so why don't their bands come over here?"
"Because English isn't everyone's primary language so that makes it harder for them to become popular in America. Everyone listens to American music because we're 'the greatest country ever' and we speak English, so the world's eyes are always on us."
"Oh yeah, because all the acts here are either from here or England."
"See?"
"Well why don't they come over here then and do a concert?"
"That's what Yoshiki's doing! Even though the majority of the people are already fans, but still, he's bringing all these bands to America and I'm not going to be there! Uuuugh.... =___= But I'm glad GazettE pulled out. Well, I am, and I'm not. If they came, I WOULD'VE SEEN GAZETTE, but! I'd rather see them do a good set of songs and them have their own concert, than sharing the stage with 8 other bands and only get to do 2 or 3 songs. That's one reason why I'm okay with not going to LA. Even though I'd get to see these guys in the flesh, they'd only do a few songs, then leave. And I can't believe I missed Dir en grey."
(Why is it that my parents only listen to the music when they watch a live concert? And half the time they're too busy talking about it than actually watching it. Note to self: Buy lots of lives.... or download 'em hehe.)
"Well save your money."
"....."
"....."
"Since I'm depressed and all, I say we go to Hot Topic and you can buy me some magazines."
"Oh really, can I?!"
"Yes you can."
"Oh thank you Mandy! Oh! This means the world to me!" XD And that's where my sarcasm comes from. She always cracks me up when she does that. XD
(My mom always offers to buy me things when I'm upset, and now that she has a new job, she does it everytime we go to a store. I feel bad sometimes when she does this, and I even force myself to buy something here and there or else she'll get mad or sad that I don't get anything. O_o)
So then we started talking about how expensive the magazines are, CDJapan, um... money, etc. It's kind of weird, I don't have anyone in real life to talk about J-Rock, Japan, or even Asia for that matter, so I have these random moments where I'll just blurb stuff to my mom whether she's listening or not, and now there's a day where I haven't brought any of that stuff up, at all, and she starts asking all kinds of questions. Haha, I knew she was interested. More so, now that she was "forced" to watch the NLSG DVDs. Ah, this is so great. One day she's telling me I'm obsessed and I that I need to get over it, the next day, she's asking a million questions and actually wants to visit Japan. I think she might buy me some magazines on Monday. =D Wow. I bet she still thinks I'm obsessed, but things are looking up. ^_^
There was one more thing I said...ah well, can't remember, that's all. Oh! I still can't remember, but OMG this song is old! "Still Not A Player" by Big Pun. OMG, that's from back in the day. Way back when! Wow... I finally found it. Yay! I've had that song in my head for the longest time, and I've been looking for it for 5 days! I just ripped it off Youtube, haha. Ah...this is great...
