005 ⚜ Video ⚜ Finally, rest...?

Dec 27, 2011 10:42

[Francis comes on, looking dead tired, but a grin is still lighting up his face.] For those of you who ordered something from me - G, Madoka, Utena, Ange, the mademoiselle with the lovely wings, Minato, Monsieur Ahtreide, Hibari, and of course Alfred - all of your clothes from home are ready.

[He pans the camera to the rest of the room, in which are ( Read more... )

[The moment he'd seen that broadcast, he'd absconded from his room (grabbing the pouch of coins on the way)and headed towards Francis' house, knocking on the door, clearly rather impatient to be wearing his own clothes again.]

... who could that be?

[He hadn't been expecting anyone. Oh well, he will go to the door and open it.]

... ah, Hibari! Bienvenue et bonjour! You are here to pick up your suit, non?

[He nods, just a simple movement of his head, before he gestures at the door.]

If I may...

Oui, oui, bien sûr! Do come in. [Francis steps aside, and actually goes into the other room to bring out the mannequin with his suit on it (thankfully, this mannequin has wheels on its stand.]

[He steps into the house, nodding approvingly when he sees the suit - sure, there might be a few adjustments to be made, but it looks pretty good so far. He does have a question about imagining up stuff to use, though.]

If I recall correctly, you said that we were able to obtain the materials and equipment needed to make the clothes, but not the clothes themselves. Is that right?

[Because if he can indeed get the cloth he needs, then he'll be making something much more comfortable than this to wear while at home.]

Ah, oui, that was simple enough. We cannot bring anything from our worlds that means something to us, however, we can make things that belonged to us. I have made my clothes and they have not tried to explode them yet.

[... Yet. Well, that was reassuring. He circles around the mannequin, taking in the fine needlework, before nodding sharply once again and stepping back.]

Good.

[The fact that it didn't explode as soon as it was finished should be proof enough.]

So it is to your liking then, Hibari? Care to try it on, see how it fits?

[Ah, yes, true. Then he'll experiment once he gets back to his own house.]

I'll try it on.

[D'you mind if he just push this mannequin into another room (read: the fitting room) and shuts the door? No? Okay.]

Magnifique!

[... well France could have just left the room instead, but... okay, this works. He'll just stand outside the door to the other room, then.]

[Oh, this is... nice. Certainly better than wandering around in that other outfit of his. It's a perfect fit. He lifts his arms experimentally, finding that the suit is well tailored enough that the sleeves don't slip down too much. It's very good, indeed.

Hibari opens the door after a while, still wearing the suit, and steps out of the room, rather pleased beneath his indifferent exterior.]

It's good.

Merveilleux. [He then approaches Hibari, looking him over and making sure that each detail is perfect, to the letter. It is what one expects out of a professional tailor, after all.]

It is not too tight anywhere? [It didn't look too tight, but, he had to make sure. My, Hibari is handsome in a suit.]

It's fine.

[Really, the only thing left to do now is fashion a pair of cufflinks that he can use to hold his cuffs together. These elastic ones may be convenient, but not very aesthetically pleasing.]
