I have new perfume - and it makes me SO happy!  I smell nommy - woohoo!  I haven't purchased "real" perfume (read - not a knock off or a body spray) in over 15 years - and when I was out Sunday I smelled DKNY - Be Delicious - Fresh Blossom - and it has grapefruit and jasmine - it was MADE for me!  :)  Happy happy me

As you know, I grew up in Souderton, and Daddy still lives there. The taxes are higher, but the school district is also better, or at least, I remember the public school programs being further ahead compared to U.P. So there's where those taxes are going.

It's quite a bit more built up, though. I can't even think of properties there that might have an acre or more with them. Maybe on the Franconia/Harleysville side?

Yeah - I'm looking more on that side - I don't want to be IN town, but if it must be, it must be I guess. And the taxes used to be crazy high comparatively - but now? they're pretty equal. But Perk Vally is CRAZY high! We found a really nice house there - 4 acres, about 2000 sq ft in the house - TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS in taxes!!!!

Exactly! No one is living there - I doubt we need to figure out why! ;)
