Seems like a frightening number of people I'm coming across are getting their news (and probably even even their opinions) strictly from blogs, the Daily Show and online news video clips.... but I'll add to the madness, and post this clip in the spirit of levity, only because it had me in hysterics at the time it aired, when there wasn't much else to be laughing at ... to put it into context, this was *after* the military had arrived. Make no mistake. Celine Dion is a great woman with a great accent.

I've been warning people for a while now that New York's current nightlife has been messing with the dark spirits of party past in some dangerous ways...the intermingling between the serious scene celebs (cough choke) + scene convicts + teeny boppers who listen to Good Charlotte is just asking for trouble....might as well just go to a dark forrest at midnight wearing nothing but chest armor, and some pentagram jewelry, while carrying a Nerf sword

She loved having her picture taken, and she made any photographer look good. She called me a week before she died to say that the panoramic pinup I took of her at 'Bust' a few days ago was her 'favorite picture ever,' and we scheduled to shoot again at her house this week. She was buried in her yellow '100% Mellie' Fightcats T-shirt right next to Jam Master Jay and not too far from Aaliyah, Malcolm X, and Christopher Reeve.
