Lemon-Black Pepper Linguini with squashs and mushroom sauce

1/3 of a pack of lemon-black pepper lingini (those are yummy! and cheap)

bring to boil, dont salt (or do, whatever)

2 zucchini
2 yellow squash (the small one, not the huge ass one)
1 onion
1 cup of white top mushroom
half a cup of portobello (thats all I had left :P)
1 leek
1 can of pastene cubed tomatoes
half a can of hunss sauce (hey I cook, but I dont ahve the time to do everything, that sauce is simple and good enough :P)
fresh grounded black pepper
spices (Thym, parsly, basil, coriender)
(do I have to explain that i actually cutted the vedgies before?)

Gratin cheeze (I used Mozarela , Emental and parmesan mix)

cook the sauce (I made the onions and leeks sweat a bit before then added the rest of the veddgies, I added the shrooms after...since i like them a bit crunchy (then the tomatoes and sauce) let simmer for 15 minutes (SO FAST!!!)

Put cooked pasta in a oven safe bowl
put sauce on pasta
put cheeze on...stuff

oven, 350F for 10 minutes (AGAIN THE FASTNESS!!)
Broil to get a nice crips taste

BOOYAH instant vedgy pasta orgasm ftw

PS - this gives a shitload of sauce, enjoy the rest for other pasta, rice, whatever
