» APPEARANCE: In human form, Arbiter stands taller than even the SPARTANs at nearly 7' tall. He's very well muscled but slender, and completely hairless to echo his former body. His armor has been magically resized/reshaped to fit a human, and can be seen in the images below. His PB is Djimon Hounsou.
» PERSONALITY: Samurai. HONOR AND TRADITION AND GLORIOUS BATTLE!!1!
» BACKGROUND: Used to be a loyal, unquestioning dog. Learned the Horrible Truth behind his masters' plans. Rebelled and joined up with former enemies, the humans. Now apparently the leader of his entire race, much to his dismay.
» OTHER: Arbiter's armor has the same invisibility ability as Tex's, but it is noted to be ancient and somewhat ceremonial, so the cloaking only lasts a few minutes at a time. His swords are Sangheili energy swords and work basically like lightsabers.
