So, the laptop with the cracked screen has been sent away for repairs. As soon as that one comes back, we are going to use it to transfer all of catboymercutio's stuff off of his computer and bring that one in for repairs/replacement. He's reached the 'limit of repairs' that the service plan has before they promise to replace the unit
