aha. ahahaha. ahahahahahaaaaaauuuuuahaaaaaa...

... That was my internal hysterics.
I am currently at home and not at the internship, which means I either got sick, got thrown out or hurt myself.
Tick a, b or c.

Bingo.
As I almost never get seriously sick and am far too stubborn (ha!! Not true...) to give up and get myself kicked out, I did hurt myself. Just not today at the workplace. It was more like yesterday evening in my birthday roda. (It goes like that: Victim - me - gets kicked my _all_ other capoeiristas. No one gets to bail the victim out. Victim -me with my huge lung capacities - goes down or tries to stay consciousness by breathing and 'eep'ing.)
I survived the monkey-ish quick kicks and flying(metaphorically spoken) rotadas of tamburete, the madly-grinning-and-promising-pain-with-sparkling-blue-eyes domino and ticotico who looks like a mole - the animal, you know - accordingly to An and was proud that I didn't have to stop and catch my breath at least once.
And here comes the 'but'.
*inserts HUGE but*

Our favourite Graduado Lagosta wanted to have a go, too. Got me flat on my ass twice, the second time my foot was sandwiched between ass and floor. ... Actually, I thought it'd heal over the night. Mad healing and regeneration without the bacta-part, you see. .... Let's say you see and I thought wrong.

It's nothing serious, though. The first Capoeira-induced injury for which I went to the physician!! That's almost exciting... whew. It should be healed in two weeks time, mais je devais travailler vendredi!! Yeah, K. 's bday and working on friday - how am I supposed to wait tables and dance with that?! Hopefully it'll be okay for the batizado or... else. Or really else. Who needs tendons anyway?

Friday = last day
next week = fun and work and sport fufufufufu...
