I'm sorry about the spurs and the tendonitis. Please still come to SF! You can hide the cast by making something similar for your other foot and they can be boots, or make it a RP to decorate it! Build it into a story. Maybe someone is attacking Ravenhilt or you, maybe it's related to Khallil's melancholy, maybe there is a darkness (,kind of like the Nothing from The neverending Story,) and it is invading Ravenhilt, or E'Atara. Maybe you won't be able to run around the woods, but you can still come and play an important role in adapting your injury to an asset for FALO. Besides...I want to see you! :P
