Today I turn 24. It's a nice even number.
I haven't had a chance to look over the past year of posts, but to be fair, I haven't been very active here, either, and when I have it's been because of drama or angst and honestly not positive. I'd like to think positive. So here's a few good things that happened to me last year:

I haven't had a chance to look over the past year of posts, but to be fair, I haven't been very active here, either, and when I have it's been because of drama or angst and honestly not positive. I'd like to think positive. So here's a few good things that happened to me last year:
- I went to ACen and had a blast
- I went to GenCon and had a blast
- I went on a cruise and had a blast
- I found a comfortable place between my romanticism and my stoicism -- a way to not obsess over and about my feelings
- I got a raise
- I was able to get to the written test portion of two interviews with video game companies; even if I didn't get the job, I got the experience of trying and the knowledge of the kinds of questions they ask
- I hung out with my friends, ate sushi, played DDR, video games, pen and paper games, had a few drinks, argued philosophy, all the things I miss from college
- I wrote over 100 poems
- I read almost every single Discworld book there is
- I bought my first console since the PS1
