Stepping Down as Mod

I've truly enjoyed being able to keep things running here at the community for the past few years. From the moment I stepped into the mod position I've been passionate about everyone being free to share their stories here freely, the number one rule to be fair and friendly to others :D You have all been great about following that, and with making suggestions for how to improve the way things operate here for all.
I'm so glad we got the new tag system going, and that you've all been patient with me as I work through new problems or changes. As you know, we didn't officially move to DW -- I'll leave that decision for the next mod to decide.
That being said, I'll be stepping down as mod. aiyuuki will be staying on, but as they work on their masters degree, we definitely need another helping hand to take charge here. If you are interested, please send me a PM or an email (aheartquake AT gmail DOT com) and answer the following questions:
Why do you want to be mod?
What do you want to change about the community? What would you keep the same?
What kind of time do you have to spend maintaining the community?
Can you see yourself as mod for 2 years or more?
Do you feel comfortable with the Livejournal platform?
