Genre: Slight Angst. Kinda Tragedy. Some Romance.
Summary: Death doesn't always mean goodbye. DS's do not exist in heaven. Throw in some love and butt swaying and you get this fanfic. (I know sucky and stupid summary :P)
~Start Here~
"Minna wake up. Wake up." Aiba shook each and every one of his four friends' shoulders vigorously.
The first one to wake was.."Hm? Nani? Where's my DS!" He popped up and blinked a couple of times before seeing Aiba who was crossing his arms, impatiently.
"Ko-ni-chi-wa, Ni-no." The older boy gritted out every syllable in anger.
"Aiba-chan!" The other three awoke from the name spoken.
"Aiba-chan? Doko? Aiba-chan!" Ohno looked around with sleepy eyes.
"Masaki!!" Sho cried, tears about to burst out any minute.
"Aiba-chan?..Aiba-chan..." Matsujun whispered to himself silently. The three had gotten up and were no longer lying on the soft, white beds.
"MASAKI!!!" Sho launched himself towards the Miracle Boy and embraced him tightly.
"Sho-chan? Sho-chan!! Sho-chan, get off!! Get OFF!" Aiba managed to pry to newscaster off and take a few steps back. Yet, again he crossed his arms at the four in front of him. "Baka!" He could no longer hold it. Drips of moist, wet tears gushed from his eyes and rolled down his face. "Baka! Baka! Baka! BAKA!!" He screamed at the top of his lungs as more tears overflowed his eyes, causing his sight to become blurry and unclear.
"Eh? What's wrong, Aiba-chan?" Ohno asked innocently.
"You're all BAKAS! Why did you do that? WHY?? Why did you do that for me?...Why..." He broke down and fell to his knees. His body shook as tears spilled out of his eyes and water was all over the ground--er--cloud?
They were standing on a cloud. A pure white, fluffy cloud. In the sky...
"Where is this?" Nino mused as he searched around for his DS.
"You're never," Aiba sniffed, "going to find your DS here, baka."
"Why? What happened to it?" Nino looked horrified with his mouth open.
"This is HEAVEN. You won't find things like that. Baka." He was set to end all of his sentences with the word baka.
"EH? Hea-heaven?? But-but-Heaven is real?" Sho stood on his feet and spun around, taking in all of his surroundings.
Clouds, clouds, and more clouds.
"Of course it's real, baka." His sobbing had come to a minimum but the tears would not stop running down those rosy cheeks of his.
"Aiba-chan, I missed you~" Ohno rarely showed affection towards people in this way. It was..special. Only for Aiba. He glomped the younger boy and wrapped his arms around him gently. Not too hard that'll crush him but not too soft that'll let him get away.
"Riida, you're a baka too. Nande? Why did you commit suicide? Why did you do it? You're all really big bakas aren't you? Baka..." He could refrain from burying his head full of puffy dyed hair into Ohno's chest. The water works started once again, covering half of Ohno's white robe with stains.
Ohno didn't mind and said in a soothing voice,"Because..we love you Aiba-chan. It wouldn't be the same without you." He smiled tenderly at the childish boy and caressed his hair. He was so adorable in the robe and puffy hair.
"Arashi would never be Arashi without you. Even if we separated.." Matsujun trailed off staring into the blue sky.
"Nothing. Nothing would be right. It'd all be wrong." Nino finished off with sad eyes and a dull expression.
"We love you Masaki. Everyone loves you and-" Sho was cut off by a growl.
"If you love me and if everyone loves me then why did you do it? Just because it wouldn't be the same and because you love me isn't a good enough reason. You're all just being selfish. Think about all our fans, our friends, and our families. How do they feel? I told you, I promised myself I would make everyone smile and happy before I died. But, you couldn't do that..So I'm not sure if this love you guys feel for me is real or not. If you loved me you would have smiled for me..You guys would not have killed yourselves! You guys are too selfish!!" Aiba never meant to blow up at them but it hurt too much.
After he had died, he vowed to watch over them. Protect them. But what do they do? They kill themselves in front of his grave and made millions of people cry. That's not what he wanted. He wanted the world to be full of smiles and laughter and happiness. But now all of their families and friends will never be able to smile like they did. It was hard for them when Aiba died but now all five of them are dead?
It's just too much for anyone to handle. Too much.
"Aiba-chan..." Aiba pried himself away from Ohno's grasp and clenched his fists. "I won't forgive you. I will never forgive you for hurting me. For hurting our families and friends. I can't forgive you...I'm sorry but I don't think we should see each other again. Every time..I see your faces and my face..millions of people's sadness overwhelm me. It makes me feel guilty. That it was my fault you guys died. That I started the path of this wave of sadness and tragedy. I'm sorry..This will be the last time we see...You're all such bakas. Goodbye..for eternity." A single tear slid down his cheeks, unnoticed by the four.
The drop of water was clear white... Beautiful, white fleathery wings sprouted from Aiba's back and the angel flew away into the mass of clouds, disappearing like a flash of bright light.
"Masaki..Was what we did wrong?..Had we been wrong?..." Sho fell onto the cloud and wailed like a little boy whose toy car had been stolen from him.
"Sho, don't cry..Don't cry please.." Matsujun knelt by his side and hugged the older boy.
"Nino!! Does Aiba-chan hate us?! He doesn't hate us right? Ne..?" Ohno ran for his companion and waited for an answer.
"Oh-chan, Aiba-chan doesn't hate us..He just won't forgive us for what we did..He doesn't hate us. He doesn't hate you..Come on, you should rest a bit. Go back to sleep. I'll wake you later." He ruffled Ohno's spikey hair and with all his strength picked up Ohno bridal style and walked over to the beds. He placed their leader lightly on the soft bed and pulled the covers over Ohno's cold body.
"Why does it feel like a bad thing after a bad thing? Maybe Aiba-chan was right..We were just being selfish." Matsujun sighed and looked up towards the sky. "It was a stupid decision ne?" He asked himself as Sho cried out louder.
"Masaki! I want Masaki! He-he said he'll never forgive us..We might be selfish but I love him!! I love him, Jun! We all do. Is it so wrong for us to love him so much that we are willing to die in order to be together forever? Is love really that wrong? I want him back! I want Masaki!!" He bit his lower lip and clutched Matsujun's robe with both hands, threatening to tear the piece of art.
"It's not wrong." Nino hissed. "What we did was..not wrong! He accused us of what? Our love wasn't real? How could he say that? He should be the one to know! He should know how much we love him! I love the Aiba Masaki before we became Arashi. I loved the Aiba Masaki when we were Arashi. I loved the Aiba Masaki before he died. I loved Aiba Masaki so much and I still do..Why won't he recognize that? Is it not enough?..." He broke down in tears and put his on the side of Ohno's bed.
Then a hand snuggled its way onto Nino's head and pet his hair lovingly. "Nino, daijoubu. Zettai daijoubu ne?" The boy said into the pillow he was starting to drool on.
"Oh-chan..."
"I know, I know. I actually said something deep and meaningful and not related to fishing at all but-"
"No, Oh-chan. Your hand is stuck in my hair and you're drooling on your pillow." A smile formed at the tip of his lips. He giggled at the puddle spreading next to Ohno's head.
"Ah! It's wet! Ah!"
"What? You said ah again."
"Nino-chan smiled..." Ohno smiled back at the flustered Nino who began to stutter.
"I-I not really! You and uh-the drooling!"
"And you giggled like a girl." He added with an adorable toothy grin.
"Urusai! Baka-" Nino stopped midway from whacking his beloved, clueless Ohno. "He called us a baka too.."
"Nino!"
"Hai!" He was caught off guard.
"Hold onto yourself..I won't accept this.." Matsujun growled. "I'm going to get him back. We weren't reunited just to be separated again. I'm going to make this right." He stood up letting go of Sho's shoulders but still held on tightly to his hand.
"Jun.." The boy whispered to his junior. What was he doing? He needed to pull himself together. Jun was acting more mature and calm then he was. But it wasn't his fault. Masaki was his everything. He loved him from the bottom of his heart. He loved him so much.
"I'll go too." He stood up alongside Jun(Im just going to call him Jun from now on. Its annoying typing Matsujun when everyones name is so short >.< Plus Jun sounds better HERE :P) and wiped the tears off of his face.
Jun smiled sincerely and gripped his hand, "Sho. Nino, are you going?" He turned his attention to the odler boy who was still paused midway from hitting Ohno.
"Of course. I'm going to give that idiot a piece of my mind. And make him get me a DS." Then his hand went down for the prey. It had successfuly connected with Ohno's skull making a 'twack' sound.
"Ittai su! Nino what was that for~" Riida groaned at the forming bump on his head.
"I do not giggle like a girl. You look more like one than I do.." He mumbled the last part under his breath. "That's why I fell in love with you at first sight..."
"Eh? Nani? Fist fight?" Ohno asked moving about on the somewhat squeaky white bed.
'Eeeeeek' went the bed. 'Eeeeek'
"Why are you squeaking?!" Nino scolded Ohno.
"I'm not..." Was his answer.
"Why is the bed squeaking?!" he scolded again.
"It's not..."
"Then what is that annoying sound," He gazed around.
'Eeeeeeek' came the noise clearer this time.
"Wah!" a scream echoed throughout the sky as a black--er--white figure dropped down from above.
The four got together and walked towards the mysterious being.
"MASAKI???" Sho yelled and ran over. "Are you okay? Are you hurt anywhere? Tell me where it hurts! I'll kiss it and make it better! Masaki, are you okay? I don't have my first aid kit though!" He panicked.
"Sho-chan! Sho-chan! I'm fine okay. I'm FINE! No need for first aid kits! But kissing I don't know about that.."
"What are you doing here? I thought you-OH! I'm so stupid! Stupid, stupid, stupid!!!" Nino slapped his forehead numerously in frustration. "How could I have not known? Oh, stupid! I can't believe I fell fo that!"
"What? Fell for what? Aiba-chan is back! Aiba-chan~" Ohno nearly burst into tears of happiness.
"Uh ha..Riida, ohaiyo.." He drooped his head. Nino had figured it out.
"This this-you baka!" The actor pointed an accusing finger at Aiba. "You planned this all along didn't you?! You were acting. All of that was acting! And we FELL FOR IT? Ah, stupid, stupid, stupid!"
"Eh? Acting? You acted all that?" Jun faced Aiba with a serious yet silly look.
Aiba coughed a few times and met Jun's eyes. "Ano, I can explain this.."
"Oh yeah? Go ahead and explain." Nino crossed his arms and glared full on at Aiba.
"Well, when I heard you guys died for me I was really sad but happy!..And then you guys finally arrived. The other angels told me that I should test your love for me so they made this plan up.."
"What? Masaki? You were testing our love for you?!" Sho was devastated by the explanation
"It sounded kinda interesting and fun so we decided to try it out." Aiba gave him a sheepish look.
"Masaki, you-It doesn't matter. As long as you're here by my side." Sho strolled over and embraced his Sakuraiba partner.
"Sho-chan..Gomen ne." He bent down a little bit so he could lay his head on Sho's sliding shoulders. "Sho-chan...daisuki. I didn't mean any of those things I said. Gomen ne minna." He stared at Nino first. He seemed the most mad out of the four.
But even he had sighed. "It's okay, Aiba. It's good to be together again. But there's one thing we need to settle. Actually two things."
"Eh? Nino? Nani?"
"Make that three." Nino added while he smiled and put his arm around Ohno.
"What is it?" Jun asked, obviously jealous of the two couples who were displaying affection towards each other but him. "And stop touching each other." They ignored his last comment.
"One, we have to give those bad bad angels a piece of our mind. How could they make Aiba test our love for him?! It's ridiculous! I hate him!" Nino threw one of his free hands up dramatically. (I made Nino do that in DDCT O.o Why is it just him? :P)
"But Nino-chan," Aiba let go of Sho-chan and walked over to Nino whose eyes were glued onto the taller boy. His robes hugged his body and he purposely made his butt sway. (When I read that sentence in my mind as I typed it i actually for reals laughed XD So freaking funny LMAO I laughed as in almsot spitting on my monitor XD LOL Its just so funny to me :P I understand if you dont find it funny at all :D)
Jun smirked and tried to surpress a laugh. Ohno actually caught on for once and grinned at Aiba. He nuzzled Nino's arm to get off his shoulder before going over to 'comfort' a heart broken Sho.
The leader whispered something into Sho's ears and Sho smiled happily. Aiba continued towards the younger game otaku and smiled seductively (LMAO >.< Im weird okay!) as he swayed his butt some more. Nino glanced from his face to his butt from tiem to time.(LMAO LOL LMAO LOL LMAO XD OMFG This is so funny to me >.< LMAO XD)
"Didn't you say at first how you loved the Aiba Masaki before we became Arashi," He stopped in front of Nino and wrapped his arms around his neck and cocked his head to one side,"how you loved the Aiba Masaki when we became Arashi, how you loved the Aiba Masaki before he died," He whispered into Nino's ear and blew in it just for the fun of seeing Nino blush and get flustered,"and how you loved Aiba Masaki so much and still do..Admit it already, Nino-chan." Aiba stared into Nino's eyes and placed a hand gently onto his left cheek. "You love me. Maybe not more than Riida but you still love me 'so much' ne?"
He knew Nino's pattern. Blush, stutter, get angry, and push him away while whacking his head.
First, Nino blushed and said,"W-What are you talking about? You-you're crazy! Did you hit your head when you f-fell or something? There's no way I'd l-love you! Baka!" As expected Nino was about to push Aiba away and had his hands ready to whack the other boy when Aiba read him like a book and gripped his wrists tightly, smiling smugly.
"Let go! You baka! Hanasei!" Nino struggled to free himself from the other's strong grip.
Aiba laughed weirdly and leaned in, "Nino-chan is so cute when he's flustered. You love me. Just say it. I love you too, Ni-no-chan~" he flashed Nino his signature toothy grin and leaned in further.
Jun almost fell over from laughter. He was laughed silently, while slapping his hadns together in a fast but quiet manner, He wanted so much to jsut laugh into Nino's face but the plan would fail. Aiba was a really good actor to be able to fool Nino easily.
"Nino-chan, ne?" Their lips were so close that they nearly touched.
Ohno was giggling to himself as Sho bit his lower lip. His body shook. They awaited the final scene as Nino got humiliated by Aiba Masaki.
"I love you Nino-chan~" And chu. Aiba pecked Nino on the lips as fast as possible and jumped onto the small guy.
"Oomph!" he stood straight up in shock and surprise while carrying Aiba who was smiling excessively. His wrinkles appeared as Nino stared at the boy. His cheeks slowly developed into a shade of pink then red then an undescribable unique color.
Sho, Jun, and Ohno couldn't hold back anymore. The three burst into fits of extreme laughter. Jun was even wiping tears from his eyes. Sho was hitting the floor as his laughs echoed throughout the sky. Ohno was shaking energetically as his head bobbed up and down, spit flying around. (Wow they are weird >.< As weird as me XD Haha :P LOL)
"Wh-why are you guys laughing? It's not funny!"
"It's not!" Jun said between laughs,"It's h-o-t ,HOT!" He clutched his stomach and mimicked Aiba's butt swaying. "Ahahaha!!! Nino, you-you-Ahahaha!!" he couldn't even speak anymore.
"Aiba-chan your butt was so cute Nino was staring at it the whole time!!" Sho managed to say it completely before breaking into more fits of laughter.
Ohno was by far the most calm there if shaking and high pitched giggles count. He was lying on the cloud and began to spit some more. It was too hard not to laugh.
"Stop laughing!" Nino yelled. He knew it was better to ignore them and forget what just happened. He peeked at Aiba who was still on him. "You! Get off!" Nino threw the older boy off who was smiling not laughing.
"Nino-chan, I meant it. I love you." He cracked another smile.
"Ahem." He cleared his throat trying to ignore Aiba's freaky smiles. "Two find me a DS. And three get Oh-chan to kiss me. But I can't do the last one because SOMEONE dirtied my LIPS!" He emphasized on the someone and lips, glaring at Aiba.
"Okay, let's go uh find a DS. Come on." Of course they didn't stop laugh and neither did Aiba stop smiling.
"I'm afraid we can't do that, Nino." He returned to his normal self before the laguhter died out. Nino sighed in relief. He didn't want to walk around with a bunch of crazy idiots. It was humiliating enough at first.
"Why not?" He casually glanced at Ohno who was barely paying attention.
"Because we have to do our jobs. Let me explain. Our jobs are to watch over the people of earth. We may pray for them but we cannot interfere with their lives. So pretty much all we have to do is watch them while we do whatever we want for the rest of eternity until all dies out and mankind is created once again!" He said a little too cheerfully.
The looked at him then at each other. "I'm going to go make out with Oh-chan now. Don't bother us. He has to carefully CLEANSE the DIRTINESS of my LIPS." He pulled Ohno along.
"Nino, tell me when you guys are done! I'll make dinner!" Jun ran off somewhere exploring the place.
"Hai, hai." Was Nino's reply.
Now Sho and Aiba are left alone. "Masaki, I'm so gald we're all together forever now. Yokatta. I missed you." The newscaster smiled angelically at Aiba who smiled back bakaly.(LOL I dont know why I put that :P its not even a real word XD)
"I missed you too, Sho-chan." They hugged and Sho rested his head on Aiba's shoulders.
"I love you, my Miracle and Angel Boy.." He said before they indulged into a soft short but sweet kiss. It was enough to pass their feeling to each other.
"I love you too, my Chesto Boy." Aiba chuckled lightly.
