lol! the group projs i have dealt with in college all have had deadlines for deciding a topic (usually, on the day it is assigned) or submitting a progress report. the sad thing about that is, because we usually are given sufficient time to work on them both inside and out of the classroom, there really is no way to wiggle out of the topic after it's been chosen. =\

well...since i had enough reserve points...i basically slacked on the second project and let the rest of my group members work it out (not to say i didn't do anything). i started getting the feeling that the other people in my group were just using me bc word got out (not officially of course) that i had the highest grade in the class and have been getting perfect scores up until that point (that, and i did the most of the work for the first project >.>). if they thought they were going to get a free ride just by being in my presence...boy were they wrong. XD but see, that only worked also bc sigman knew me. if the group gave me a really shitty score for the peer assessment part, he would've known something was afoul (he also agreed that i should've slacked because the people in my group were not pulling their weight anyways XD).
