random conversations
today went off to quite an interesting start... and boring end i'm sad to say >.>;
the bus came LATE today... which was not fun because... today it was really HOT compared to yesterday >.>; (yesterday was nice and cloudy and not HOT) today was... well... i was sweating just sitting there >.>;
so i'm sitting there and this lady comes up to me and asks me about the 78 line (me being transportation and direction retarded, i couldn't help her). i tell her she should just wait till the bus i'm waiting for comes and ask the bus driver, he should be able to help her. so she decides to wait and we ended up talking for a little bit. it turns out she was coming alllll the way from the san fernando valley and going to temple city...to...get her hair cut O_O;; wow is that a far way to go... i suppose it's worth it if you get a really good hair cut but...gosh!
so we talked and somehow we ended up talking about random things... like how i want to major in japanese, and how she's 2nd generation german (who speaks no german XD), and how her hair is way frizzier than my hair (which it was...and which is the reason she goes all the way to temple city to have her hair cut by someone she's had cut her hair since '95)
so... yes...very random and interesting conversation... but she ended up having to go back the way she was came from to try and find her bus.
anyways, i got to school, and rosemary and i talked and walked and listened to my ipod wannabe till class started. hirsch talked... and talked... and talked... and then we left and i went to the computer lab to try and finish some more PLATO lab (only 1 more hour to go ::flops::)
btw... i dunno if any of you guys have this problem but... my bookmarks sort of dissappeared...(i can still access my bookmark page and edit them and export them) but under bookmarks on my browser, everything is greyed out O_o; i wonder why...
and... as a random thing... Kevin thinks i'm short because i never took naps when i was younger (i haven't really taken a nap unless i was sick since i was like...8 or so O_o;)
he said "look at me! i took naps all the time when i was a kid"
--; grrrr him and his 6ft plus-ness >.>;
