so, new girl DID move out on Tuesday night.(without a word)...good thing too since I ended up staying up till 7am finishing my essay for buddhism =o='
Woke up, went to class where the first thing Caleb said was "Hope you guys didn't pull any all-nighters! :D"
...as half of the class stumbled in all puffy eyed -.-' hrm...willing to bet I wasn't the only person to stay up late -.-'
After that, was kitchen duty. Ended up washing dishes as usual...until the hot water pressure died D;
so...the other guy and I ended up hacking up bananas for toppings for icecream, and cutting up other stuff, until i ended up with dishes again.
That night, the shower closest to my room flooded. And soaked into both my room and the one next to mine ><'
It coming up from the drain,and spewing black gunk...luckily that stayed in the shower, but all the water flooded the bathroom and the hallway
Rocio and her friend Estefania called emergency maintenence, and I heard them telling the guy what happened (I was already in bed trying to sleep) and when he opened the door he was like "OH SHIT!" yeah...it was pretty bad >.>'
when I woke up, they'd turned off the water to the sink and toilet, and mopped up the floor. So... I was able to wash up but I had to go to the public one downstairs to pee ><'
Got through classes ok, and then went with Chi to this thai place down by Borders. After that, we went to Borders and wandered around forever. I tried to see if rudetuesday was still at work, but I guess she'd already left ><'
Anyways, we wandered and looked at some pretty funny books until it was already 7 and I walked back home.
The bathroom seems to be fixed, and Rocio cleaned them (she was supposed to clean yesterday)
...so, before my mom picked me up I went to use the bathroom and OMG she used so much bleach that just being in the bathroom long enough to pee, my eyes were burning and...now my nose has a funny smell =-=' augh.
and now, I'm back home in MPK...trying to start on hw ...hah. don't think that'll actually happen =-='
