busy weekend.

anyways, besides my last post, what did i do over the weekend...
Thursday after class, Mabel wanted to ask Prof. Duthie something, so after class Chi and I followed her and we ended up talking with him for a while! Afterwards, we wanted food, so we decided to go to CPK...but when we walked down the street, there was a raving crazy man in front of it so...we decided to go to the place we were standing in front of, which endef up being this place called Joe's Deli.The food was pretty good! (and big portions) ...but also expensive. $15 for my beef stroganoff on fettucini =.=
After lunch/dinner, whatever I went to Top Shoes to try and look for brown boots. I ended up buying a pair,
but when I got home they didn't work with the skirt I'd bought =-=' ...Must return them this thursday haha. They're...really plasticy on the inside =-='
Friday, Kevin and I braved the rain and went to to Pasadena to ...shoe shop -.-' (He's looking for shoes too!) We went to DSW, but neither of us could find what we were looking for :( I was about to give up, but asked if (since we had to go through it anyways) we could look at the Macy's shoes and see if I could find anything. And, by some stroke of luck I did!
Kevin also managed to find himself a blazer that was originally $160 reticketed for $50 :D Once we were done shopping, we headed back home, and went to Strawberry Cones pizza. We ended up getting it with half avocado and salmon, and half mentaiko(fish eggs) and mochi. The mochi mentai side was uber tasty! omnom. After dinner, we bummed around and since we'd only gotten a small pizza, went to Sam Woo for a latenight meal before he took me home
Saturday, after my grandma's memorial thing, we bummed until it was time to go to Lyn's house to meet up for Barb's b-day party where we...bummed some more until Michael arrived and we all headed to BJs. The food wasn't too bad! (I haven't been there in forever, so i'd forgotten haha). After dinner, we sat around Lyn's house for a little bit, before leaving and went to Michael's house for a little bit before going home.
Sunday, Kevin and I went to Kiki's bakery to get some tea, and a couple of pastries, then to Hong Kong Supermarket to stock up on some foods to take back our dorms. After that we went to the mall to buy Michael a military belt for his Kamen Rider Henshin device, and then to Michael's house to give it to him. We left and went to Kevin's house for a bit before I had to go home to eat dinner, and back to school for me.
